John Schneider Studios Notice

Liability Release

All persons who enter this event hosted by MAVEN Entertainment, LLC and John Schneider Studios
hereby consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your
consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the
universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection
with any production or event. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in
reliance on this consent given by you by entering this property.
Further, all persons who enter this property do so at their own risk and peril and assume all risks of injury. All
parents and other persons with minor children present at the property understand and agree that they are
solely and entirely responsible for the care, custody and supervision of the minor children at all times while at
the property. All persons understand and agree that MAVEN ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, FEFEA INDUSTRIES,
INC., JOHN SCHNEIDER and their agents, employees, vendors and/or volunteers shall not be liable for any
loss, damage or injury of any kind incurred by any person or child while at this property, whether or not such
results from negligence or the fault of said entities/persons or any other person.
All persons who enter this property also voluntarily agree to assume all of the associated risks and accept
sole responsibility for any injury to themselves (or to minor children in their care and custody) associated
with COVID-19 or any other virus known by any other name, including, but not limited to, personal injury,
disability, death, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind.
Based upon all of the above, all persons who enter this property (acting individually and on behalf of the
minor children in their care and custody) hereby release, covenant not to sue, to discharge, to hold
harmless and agree to indemnify MAVEN ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, FEFEA INDUSTRIES, INC., JOHN
SCHNEIDER and their agents, members, employees, vendors and/or volunteers from all claims associated
with all matters listed above, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any
kind.

immediately.
